The utilization of profuse and excessive verbiage and complex matrices of linguistic intercourse in interdepartmental, intradepartmental, and extradepartmental memorandums is hereby expressly forbidden.  A special commission on interoffice communication has been appointed to supervise the translocation of all offenders to the sanitation department where we anticipate they will experience greater personal fulfillment in an environmental situation commensurate with their interlocutory style.  This policy is expected to effect more productive communication among all personnel.  Any correspondence concerning this policy should be routed to the Commission on Interoffice Communication through the Interoffice Memorandums System by way of the Board of Directors' Employee Relations Communications Directorship.
